You may initiate a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery. Whether you've changed your mind or something didn't meet expectations, we're happy to help.

Eligibility

To maintain the integrity and quality of our products, returns must meet the following:

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• Must include original packaging

• Proof of purchase or order number is required

We are unable to accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or damaged post-delivery.

Shipping

Return shipping costs are not covered by 13ix20 at this time and are non-refundable. However, we're committed to ensuring that this process is smooth and respectful of your time.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
