Are your pieces made to order?

Yes. Every 13.IX.20 piece is printed to order, so production begins because you placed an order.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across the United States. For delivery outside the U.S., email support@13ix20.com before ordering to check availability.

How long will my order take?

Please allow 2–5 business days for production, plus 3–7 business days for delivery, depending on your location. These are estimates. If you need your order for a particular date, contact us before ordering.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email support@13ix20.com as soon as possible, ideally within 12 hours of ordering. Include your order number and the change you need. We may be able to help before production begins, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

How do I choose the right size?

Check the size guide on each product page. Measurements are listed in inches and centimeters. Compare them with a garment you already own and check the product’s fit details before choosing your size.

Can I exchange my item for another size?

We offer one complimentary size exchange per order. Email support@13ix20.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need. We will print and ship the new size at no charge. Club, group, and bulk orders follow the written quotation or agreement for that order.

Can you create apparel for my club, class, or group?

Yes. Visit Customize and tell us about your year, course, club, or crew and what you have in mind. Our team will follow up about your request.

Do you accept change-of-mind returns?

Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Please review the fabric, weight, fit, and measurements before ordering. This does not limit your rights under applicable law.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect?

Email support@13ix20.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. You do not need to send the item back.

When will an approved refund arrive?

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 business days of approval. They typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Is 13.IX.20 affiliated with MIT?

13ix20 is an independent brand founded by MIT alumni. MIT-branded products are produced under license from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. 13ix20-branded products are not sponsored or endorsed by MIT.
