13ix20 is a curated collection of design-forward pieces made for those who move through the world with intention. Inspired by innovation, minimalism, and quiet confidence — each item is crafted to spark curiosity and comfort in equal measure.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across the United States. If you're outside the U.S. and would love to shop with us, reach out — we're always exploring new horizons.

How long will my order take to ship?

Every piece is made to order with care. Please allow 2–5 business days for production and an additional 3–7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

Do you accept returns?

Of course. If something doesn’t sit right, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Just ensure the item is unworn and in its original packaging. See our Return Policy for the full details.

What happens if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We’re so sorry to hear that. Please email us at help@13ix20.com with your order number and a photo of the issue — we’ll make it right.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t entered production yet, we may be able to catch it. Please email us within 12 hours of placing your order. We can’t guarantee changes, but we’ll do our best.

Who designs your products?

Every piece is conceived by our team — artists, technologists, and cultural observers — who believe that great design should feel personal, timeless, and a little bit subversive.

Will you restock sold-out items?

Some pieces are limited drops. If something sells out, it may not return. We recommend subscribing to our newsletter or following us on Instagram to stay in the loop.
